Elumena's objective is to bring a paradigm shift to the way in which local governments manage their people, work, and assets. Historically, local governments have not deployed sophisticated systems to manage their work processes and assets because those systems have been expensive and complex. Elumena has developed a web-based solution that is deployed as a software as a service (SaaS) enabled platform, which allow for customers to take advantage of all the many benefits of a large enterprise class software system at a fraction of the cost and complexity of those systems.
