Elumena Street Signs is a web-based street sign inventory management (SIM) system that has been developed to meet the needs of small and mid-size local governments. Deployed over the Internet using a Software as a Service (SaaS) model, the software is centrally hosted and managed by Elumena.
Customers sign up for annual subscriptions. A SIM will help local governments to keep up with recent changes in the MUTCD and help answer questions, such as: How much should I budget for street sign replacement next year? Which signs have been the most frequently replaced in the past 5 years due to vandalism or traffic accidents? At what intervals should I replace signs?

Comply with MUTCD Changes
Recent changes to the MUTCD require that all organizations responsible for street signs implement a sign management system by January 2012.
